Terms & Conditions

1. The operator

Tours are operated by Tasty Trails Warsaw, Puławska 109b, Warsaw, Poland. Contact: tastytrailswarsaw@gmail.com.

2. What you're booking

• Walking food, drink, and culture tours of Warsaw, led by a local English-speaking guide.
• The tour length, included tastings, meeting point, and price are stated on the tour page at the time of booking.
• All food and drinks listed under "What's included" on the tour page are covered by the price. Anything extra is at your expense.

3. Group size

We cap every group at 8 guests to keep the experience personal. Private group bookings are available — contact us for details.

4. Age and alcohol

• Food Tour and Praga Cultural Tour — open to all ages. Under-18s are welcome with a parent or guardian.
• Vodka Tour and Craft Beer Tour — guests must be at least 18 years old(legal drinking age in Poland). We may ask for ID. Guests visibly under the influence on arrival may be refused for everyone's safety, without a refund.
• Please drink responsibly. You can opt out of any individual tasting.

5. Dietary needs and allergies

Tell us about any allergies or dietary restrictions when you book — vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher, halal, etc. We accommodate most needs with notice but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment in third-party venues. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before booking.

6. Walking and accessibility

Our tours involve walking 2–4 km on city streetswith cobblestones. Wear comfortable shoes. If you have mobility limitations, contact us before booking — we'll honestly tell you whether the tour will work for you.

7. Photos taken during the tour

Your guide may take photos for our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear in photos, tell your guide at the start of the tour and we will respect that.

8. Payment

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. We accept card payments (via Stripe) and cash on arrival.
• For cash bookings, your slot is reserved when you book online; you pay your guide at the meeting point.
• All prices are in Polish złoty (PLN) and include applicable taxes.

9. Cancellations and changes

See our full Cancellation Policy. In short:

• Free cancellation more than 24 hours before — full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before, or no-show — 50% refund.
• If we cancel (illness, severe weather, etc.) — you choose between a full refund or free rebooking.

10. Liability

We take care to make our tours safe and enjoyable, but you participate at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, illness, or property loss caused by your own actions, the actions of third parties (restaurants, bars, taxis), or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under Polish law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent Polish courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
