  • Booking data — name, email, phone, party size, tour date, dietary restrictions you tell us.
  • Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Contact data — anything you send us via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form.
  • Site usage — anonymous traffic statistics via Vercel Analytics. No cookies, no cross-site tracking.

3. Why we collect it

  • To deliver your tour and contact you about it.
  • To process payment.
  • To answer questions you send us.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell, rent, or advertise based on your data.

4. Who we share it with

  • Stripe (Ireland / USA) — payment processing.
  • Resend (USA) — sending booking confirmations and emails.
  • Vercel (USA) — website hosting and anonymous analytics.
  • Google (USA) — when our profile is shown in Google Search / Maps.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security policies, and operate under GDPR-compliant frameworks.

5. How long we keep it

  • Booking data: 6 years (Polish tax and accounting requirements).
  • Email correspondence: 2 years after our last contact.
  • Site analytics: anonymous, no retention of personal identifiers.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you,
  • correct inaccurate data,
  • delete your data (where we're not legally required to keep it),
  • restrict or object to processing,
  • request portability of your data,
  • lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).

7. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels. We use Vercel Analytics, which is a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that counts visits without identifying you personally.
