Cancellation Policy

We keep our cancellation policy simple and fair. Here's exactly how it works.

1. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your tour

Full refund. No questions asked. Email us at tastytrailswarsaw@gmail.com or WhatsApp +48 728 600 458 and we'll process it within 5 business days.

2. If you cancel less than 24 hoursbefore, or don't show up

50% refund.We hold the slot for you and prepare for your group — late cancellations and no-shows mean we can't fill it.

3. If we cancel the tour

Sometimes things outside our control happen — guide illness, severe weather, a venue closure. If we cancel, you choose:

  • a full refund, paid back within 5 business days, or
  • a free rebooking on another date that works for you.

We'll contact you as soon as we know — by email, WhatsApp, and phone if needed.

4. Weather

Warsaw weather is rarely a reason to cancel. Our tours run rain or shine — bring a jacket and an umbrella. We only cancel for severe weather (lightning storms, extreme heat, heavy snow) when it would genuinely affect safety or enjoyment. In that case, clause 3 applies.

5. Changing your booking

Want to change the date or reduce the number of guests? Contact us at least 24 hours before the tour and we'll do our best. Increases in group size are subject to availability and the 8-guest cap.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
